We prepare and represent you in Citizenship cases, green card renewals, work permit renewals. We can also obtain your F.B.I. criminal and California criminal records.
CRIMINAL DEFENSE
We do most Felony and Misdemeanor cases such as;Assault, Battery, Domestic Violence, Drugs, D.U.I.'S, Open Arrest Warrants, Sexual Offenses, Robbery and Theft crimes. We also do Motions to Vacate and Petitions to Dismiss and reduce to a Misdemeanor. We will go with you to court to recall warrants, seek release on O.R. or reduce the bail amount. We will represent you in probation violations. If you are not a U.S. Citizen, conviction of any number of crimes will result in your removal, deportation, denial of U.S. Citizenship, denial of NACARA or T.P.S. relief, and Asylum relief. A criminal conviction can have a direct and adverse impact on many other types of Immigration benefits. Crimes committed in other countries also effect your Immigration case or legal status.
